Proverbs 26:2 says no undeserved curse will alight or land on us, my paraphrase.  Most of us know we deserve some cursing.  However,  there is good news!  Like Job whom God called “blameless,” we believers have the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation and the rest of that heavenly armor described in Ephesians 6.  We have the breastplate of  righteousness to cling to, and are, therefore, undeserving of curses because of Christ and what He did on the cross; we who believe are found blameless, we are receiving salvation, 1 Peter 1:9.
